Who am I?

An Interdisciplinary and Cross-Cultural Community Member

My academic background and international experiences give me the empathy and perspective to thrive in diverse communities.

A Curious and Adaptable Life-Long Learner

A strong drive to learn and explore allows me to embrace uncertainty and quickly master new fields. I can both constructively build on existing work and confidently challenge established paradigms.

A Team-Oriented Leader

From leading a baseball team to serving as a Student Union president and volunteering, I guide teams toward shared goals while caring for members' well-being and community impact.

What I Enjoy in Research?

The parts of research I'm most drawn to — the ones I enjoy almost like hobbies — are:

Data Analysis

Uncovering hidden patterns in datasets with statistics, machine learning, or other analytical tools. I love finding insights that others might overlook.

Experimental Design

Creating experiments to answer specific questions, balancing controlled variables with ecological validity. Sometimes I even sketch out designs for fun, just to explore ideas.

Paradigm Design

Bringing order to unstructured information — whether through data analysis, defining structures, or algorithm design. A mix of creativity and technical rigor.

Where am I heading?

Reaching for the star of truth

I've been fortunate to join several inspiring research teams. Through these experiences, I discovered that my childhood love of science is not only real but growing stronger with each project. While I'm still exploring which field I want to dedicate myself to, I've gained a clearer sense of what high-quality research feels like and the kind of academic integrity I want to uphold.
