Asian Woman Leadership Program

The Asian Women’s Leadership Program is a trilateral initiative jointly organized by 3 leading universities in China, Korea, and Japan. Each year, 10 outstanding female students from each university are selected to participate in a three-week program rotating across the three countries. Through intensive academic exchange, cultural immersion, and leadership development activities at each host institution, participants deepen their international outlook, build cross-cultural understanding, and strengthen their capacity for global leadership.
